Brittany is a speech-language pathologist with MPT. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree
in Communicative Disorders from Northern Illinois University in 2009. She obtained her
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from St. Ambrose University in 2016. Prior to
receiving her Master’s degree, she worked as a speech-language pathology assistant at a special
education cooperative for 4.5 years. Brittany enjoys working with children and loves seeing the
progress the children make. Brittany has experience working with children who have Down
syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, apraxia of speech, and cognitive disorders and she enjoys
working with children who use augmentative/alternative communication. Brittany was trained to
use visual phonics and Speech Buddies placement tools for articulation while in graduate school.
Brittany enjoys cooking and spending time with her family in her free time. She also enjoys
camping and kayaking with her husband.
