Job Description
We have 1 FULL-TIME or 2 PART-TIME opening(s) for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. This position includes working with clients in their home (Tazewell, Woodford, Peoria Counties), and/or teletherapy during the COVID pandemic, and center based Speech-Language Therapy at our clinic in East Peoria. Potential candidate is eligible for a sign on bonus. Clinical Fellows are welcome and encouraged to apply and in house supervision is provided for the Clinical Fellowship Year. Mueller Pediatric Therapy offers a competitive hourly rate/salary, flexible scheduling, and paid training. We have the pleasure of working with a diverse client base including a variety of disorder areas.
Qualifications

MA or MS in Speech-Language Pathology

Job Description
We have 1 FULL-TIME opening for a Pediatric Feeding Therapist/Speech-Language Pathologist. Will consider a part-time position if candidate already has extensive Feeding Therapy experience (2+ years). This position includes working with clients in their home (surrounding areas of East Peoria/Peoria), and/or teletherapy during the COVID pandemic, and center based Feeding Therapy/Speech-Language Therapy at our clinic in East Peoria. Potential candidate is eligible for a sign on bonus. Clinical Fellows are welcome and encouraged to apply as in house supervision is provided for the Clinical Fellowship Year. Feeding experience is preferred, however we provide an exceptional feeding training program to ensure only the highest level of competency. Mueller Pediatric Therapy offers a competitive hourly rate/salary, flexible scheduling, and paid training. We have the pleasure of working with a diverse client base including a variety of disorder areas. Feeding therapy is designed to focus on expanding a child’s diet, tolerance of different food textures, tactile play, introducing new foods, and improving the oral motor needs for feeding. At MPT, we use a variety of methods to make food non-threatening, involving the child in food activities, having fun and using what motivates a child to succeed.
We recently opened a full functioning kitchen at our new clinic! Candidate who fills this position will have the benefit of utilizing our new kitchen for feeding therapy as appropriate for clients.

Job Description and Responsibilities
We are growing! We have 1 PART-TIME opening for a Pediatric Counselor or Psychologist. This position has the potential to move into a full-time position if potential candidate is interested. This position includes working with clients and their families in the child's home (Tazewell, Peoria, Woodford County) and/or teletherapy during the pandemic and center based Counseling Services at our clinic in East Peoria. Potential candidate is eligible for a sign on bonus. Mueller Pediatric Therapy offers a competitive hourly rate/salary, flexible scheduling, and paid training. Our counselors provide treatment to children and adolescents (up to age 18) with mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders. They provide mental health/social emotional assessments, create treatment plans, and help children deal with a variety of challenges affecting happiness and stability.

Provide evaluations/treatment in our facility and/or in children's homes

Discuss progress with caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home

Therapists will engage client/ families in treatment planning and motivational enhancement to most effectively attain the client’s/ family’s goals

Schedule and provide individual and family therapy services.

Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks

Specific team assignments and duties will be determined based on clinical expertise, experience, interest and credentials

Participate and contribute to team meetings and work collaboratively with other disciplines

Participate in professional development team meetings

Maintain Illinois license, with appropriate continuing education hours
Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois or ability to obtain IL license

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois or ability to obtain IL license
